Chef Craig – Personal Chef To Cook In Your Kitchen

I first started off as a chef 15 years ago in Liverpool having a passion to works towards building a successful career in catering.

Working in the heart of Liverpool town center opened up a lot of doors for gaining experience and learning different cuisines and embracing other cultures.

This will be my first time working as I personal chef. However I have gained experience over the years working in all different busy environments from Pubs, Restaurants, hotels and having my own business which proudly won a national award in Mexican cuisine.

I hold qualifications for allergens and I can adapt menus and meal plans around dietary requirements.

Designing and shopping a menu around my clients I would take an order 2-3 days prior to the date required, shopping to the clients needs.

Cleaning as I go is a major factor for myself prepping in a organised manor and cleaning and sanitising my work area as I go, leaving the household exactly as it was.
