I have 15 years in service as a professional Chef, I have been teaching for 3 years mostly college students but also private events and small classes of Adults.
I run a stress free style of cookery that’s fun for all who participate. I believe in teaching core skills that will serve beginner cooks well as they can use the techniques for multiple dishes, cuisines and dietary requirements.
