To support your body’s natural rhythm and keep healthy eating interesting, I release a thoughtful and diverse seasonal menu every three months. Each seasonal menu includes 50 dishes – there’s something for everyone in your family!

I inherited cooking from my grandpa – a Chinese Master Chef who cooked for the mayor of our city of >15 million people (Chongqing). Experiencing authentic dishes from around the world during my former finance career expanded my culinary repertoire. Personally, receiving the extraordinary benefit of healthy home cooking for two decades has inspired my passion to share it with you. I’m humbled to have been invited alongside Michelin-starred chefs who cooked for the royal family for high-profile engagements. In my heart, I remain a home cooking artist sharing the nourishing power of nature and traditions with you and your family.
